I am a commercial property owner who had invested in the Sydney suburbs in 2000s. I had no idea that I will have to witness something like the COVID-19 pandemic that almost took away our income. Our tenant left the building and I was unable to find another tenant for almost a year. It was a tarrying period, but I decided to rise up. I recreated my space into a co-working office space. I refurbished the interiors to give it a modern look and included all the amenities needed in a plush office.
