How To Run Multiple Businesses At Once

 Hi,

I had a small retail shop which was running well for ten years. I wished to expand but didn’t want to be in the same industry. I thought about it and came up with the idea of buying a business for sale in Sydney. I came across listings and found some lucrative businesses that seemed like a good investment. I asked my mate and he agreed to become my business partner by helping with funding and marketing. Buying an established business in the same postcode helped us to work on both businesses and we are now making a good return. I am sharing an article to explain how multiple businesses can be run at once.

NSW Greens call on Labor to close Peabody-owned Metropolitan Mine at Helensburgh

The NSW Greens will push the new Labor government to start a transition plan to close a major coal mine in the northern Illawarra that has been operating since 1887.

Greens environment spokeswoman Sue Higginson said the Peabody-owned Metropolitan Mine at Helensburgh could not manage its pollution in line with community expectations in terms of environmental controls.

"What we know is this mine is old, it's dirty, it's in the wrong place," she said.

A spill from the mine during rain event in September 2021 blanketed sections of a nearby creek and the Hacking River within the Royal National Park with thick, black sludge.

NSW election: Voting comes down to the wire as Labor's leadership team poised to take over

As vote counting continues in New South Wales, Labor's interim ministry will be sworn in by Governor Margaret Beazley on Tuesday, ending the caretaker period.

Labor has 45 seats confirmed, but a question mark remains over how many they will secure in total, with 47 needed to govern outright.

Incoming Treasurer Daniel Mookhey said the swearing-in would allow the senior leadership team to begin the decision-making process.

"This is important to allow the new government to get access to public service departments and commence the formal briefing process," he said.

9 Tips For Entering The Commercial Leasing Space

 Hello,

As a commercial property lessee, I have learnt a lot about commercial leases. However, when you sign the first lease with the landlord, you may not be aware of these things. Many times, tenants do not even pay attention to the clauses and then feel stuck. The first thing to consider is that the tenant is asked to pay the outgoings which include the legal fees and marketing and management fees if it is a retail property in a shopping centre. You need to negotiate the rent amount with the landlord and check if they are ready to offer any incentives. There are more such tips that can make your tenancy comfortable. I am sharing an article to explain this.

It's only been six months, but these Syrian refugees are thriving on the NSW central coast

As the school bell rings, eight-year-old Elinor Al Daoud runs from the classroom, beaming as she hugs her friends.

It is recess time at the East Gosford primary school and the children sprint to the other side of the playground to play handball with Elinor's older brother, George.

The siblings, who are Syrian refugees, have come a long way since starting at the NSW central coast school less than five months ago.
